Booking & Cancellation Policy

ViBE uses MindBody for our online booking system. If you have any questions about the security of your information please EMAIL MindBody

• All bookings require a credit card.
• All bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours before its scheduled start time to avoid being charged.
• Any bookings cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full booking amount.

The security of personal information is a high priority at MindBody and ViBE Dance & Fitness Studio. We maintain our service and all associated data with technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect against loss, unauthorized access, destruction, misuse, modification, and improper disclosure.

Rental Rules

• Please start and end your rental on time. If you finish early, you are still obliged to pay the full amount.
• Please respect the privacy of all patrons at ViBE.
• Please do not enter a studio until the previous booking has finished.
• ViBE is not responsible for any lost of stolen items.
• Tables and chairs are available for rent upon request.
• If the client causes any damage to ViBE's property, they are liable for all charges for repair or replacement.
• ViBE has the right to refuse service to anyone violating studio policies.

Auditions & Filming

Please CONTACT the office prior to booking your audition or film shoot so we can help determine the appropriate room size.

• If you are planning on having more than 20 people at a time, you must also rent an additional room large enough to accommodate everyone when they aren't auditioning.
• All people auditioning must be in studios, not in the hallways.
• Please make sure you have enough staff to handle registrations and crowd control.
